- The Child-Led Autism Summit is a free, 3-day virtual conference helping busy clinicians and educators plan less and make more progress with their autistic students.Â
- The event is free for anyone to attend, but we will also have the opportunity for attendees to purchase an All Access Pass with exclusive resources and benefits!Â

Step 3: Complete the "Speaker Info Request" that you receive via email from ContentSnare
This will just collect the basics- your name, email, tentative title/topic, headshot, and bio, etc.Â
Step 4: Sign the Speaker Agreement
Just a basic agreement that details our process as well as the affiliate earnings, etc. You will receive this in an email sent via Docusign.

I know that you are all SO busy, and the thought of keeping track of tons of information for the summit is overwhelming.
That's what this "Speaker Info Page" is for. Save the link for this page so that you can return to it anytime you have a question or need to double check a date, etc.Â

The Basics:
- DATES: The summit will be held August 18-20, 2025.
- SESSIONS: Presentations will include 20-30 minutes of content (with up to a 2 minute pitch of a paid product/program at the end).Â
- FB: There will be a private Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. Speakers can also hang out in the group to connect more and see what attendees have to say about your amazing presentations!
- PROMO: Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
- UPGRADE: During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All Access Pass. This includes lifetime access to the replays as well as all paid products/resources contributed by speakers, in addition to several products from Nicole.Â
- GOAL: The goal of the All Access Pass is to provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
What I'll ask of you
1. Basic Information
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our Registration page and Speakers page.
Once you tell me you're in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
I'll be here for you every step of the way, friend :)Â
2. Presentation
Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
- Slides
- No slidesÂ
- A mixture of the two
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:Â
- A quick introduction (very brief 1-2 mins)
- Intro to your topic, why it's important, what barriers exist
- Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
- Please feel free to include real videos, ideas, and get as creative as you'd like!
Presentations are due by July 14, 2025.
3. All-Access Pass ContributionÂ
The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
- Templates
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month memberships
- eBooks
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
NOTE: We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.
These resources are due on July 14, 2025. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
4. Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on August 4, 2025.Â
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (we will share with you in the next month) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any All Access Pass sales (50% if you've contributed a premium bonus).
You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault that will be shared within the next month or so.Â
5. Live Participation
And last comes participation during the week of the event!
Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!
For increased opportunities to connect and network, I'd recommend hanging out in the facebook group to answer questions and share ideas, but this is not mandatory or expected!
Affiliate Details
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All Access Pass, where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by August 31, 2025.Â
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for all speakers
- 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonusÂ
The pricing structure for an All Access Pass will be:
- $47 for 20 minutes after initial registration.
- $77 from August 1st -August 17th, 2025.
- $97 from August 18th - August 20, 2025
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault (coming soon) will include things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.Â

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
